This is a detail of Andy Smith’s brilliant new work to promote the British Heart Foundation 60 minutes a day campain.
The campain is aimed at school children to exercise 60 minutes everyday, regardless of how… hoolahooping, riding a too large or too small bicycle, walking your dog or juggling with plates.
It is one of two posters, artdirected by Marc and Anna.
“A bit lost” is the illustrated children book of Irish illustrator Chris Haughton. It is a story about a new born owl that fell off the nest and is now looking for its mother. On its search it meets a lot of nice animals, who try to help, but the problem is that it doesn’t know how its mother look like…
Images of this cute little story can be seen on Chris’ website and the book is out now in Korean (!!) published by Borimpress.
For orders please view the Borimpress link, the price is 9800 Won (about 9 US$) or contact Chris directly.

I met Tove Hennix in Summer 2006 when she came to Tokyo to exhibit the illustrations for the story “Gabriellas Resa” at the Wall Gallery Omotesando. The exhibition called “Dust” was based on a book written by Elisabeth Hagborg, the theme was a story about having the courage to rid yourself of your own worst nightmares.
That time I was the artdirecting for the Design Tshirt stores graniph and we bought the title page for a T-shirt design. The T-shirt was sold out within a few weeks and as a bestseller it got re-released twice!! The book wasn’t published in 2006 yet, but the bestselling T-design and the success of Tove’s first exhibition in Tokyo was a proof that her special “papercut-look” suits the taste of the international audience.
Gabriellas Resa is NOW finally avaliable in Swedish (!) and can be ordered at Krammarkt Bookclub.
If you are around Göteborg, please visit the Book fair from 24th-27th September . You can find it at A02:20.
