London based Greek illustrator Maria Karamanou is creating mostly beautiful female portraits, drawn in light lines of charcoal and coloured crayons.
Maria just finished a line of T-shirt designs in collaboration with illustrator and linguist Natasha Freestone for the new fashion brand
Albert& I.
The T-shirts are 100% organic and fair-trade cotton, and the illustrations are based on Marcel Proust’s novel,
In Search of Lost Time.
